Situated in Hargovind Enclave, a residential colony of East Delhi, this boutique had a typical row
house layout, spread across 250 sq. yards over five storeys. The staggered stepped entrance with the
characteristic facade, together lend an element of interest and heighten the excitement of the visitor.
The client’s brief revolved around having a thinking den, conducive to the brainstorming sessions of
the company’s senior management and a space, where he would plan and formulate the company’s
strategies and policies, accompanied by the people, who comprise of his ‘think tank’.
The client wanted to provide his visitors a generous hospitality service equivalent to a hotel and to fulfill
the same; he has designed this entire facility to induce a sense of awe and unexpected privilege. The
entire facility integrates open space working, meeting rooms, conference room and break out spaces
in a transparent, balanced and high-end environment. Glass enclosed reception has light bands in the
ceiling and on the walls with placid colour tones and a tall green screen filtering the natural light. The
building has deliberately been zoned, so that the visitor soaks oneself in the enriching experience of
uninterrupted large spaces, before moving to the vertical core, purposely placed at the building end.
