Penthouse Pāfekuto is a pied-à-terre for a family, a resting place to facilitate their frequent visits to the city. Designed as a lively and a sensual world, it is a multi-level penthouse with 8,000 square feet of indoor area and 6,000 square feet of outdoor space spread across three levels.
Located in an upscale Delhi neighbourhood, Árhat Villa is a consolidation of two plots designed for families of two brothers for a multigenerational living. The three-sided open access of project site to public way has been crucial to the integration of passive strategies with active cooling techniques.
As the site was abutted with houses on two sides with narrow street widths. Conarch Architects visualised an introverted object drawing light from the numerous punched openings on the facade. The evolution of the design came from a simple geometric composition, which complemented the spatial distinction of layouts.
Spread across a sprawling four acres area, the Jhansi Hotel in Civil Lines, Jhansi was a reinvention property of a dilapidated historical landmark structure of the city built in 1905, which had long outlived its original purpose. Heavily damaged by rain, the decrepit spread out structure was restored for reuse as a luxury heritage hotel and gave Conarch Architects first of its opportunity.
Located in a congested urban locale, the architects have focused on creating recreational and relaxing space for their clients to unwind. The house creates levels of privacy within an urban environment, where users interact with each other and also enjoy the outdoor space.
